Use of this e-commerce site is governed by the following Terms and Conditions. Please take the time to read and understand it carefully before starting to use this website.

By accessing, using or placing a purchase order on this website, you agree to abide by the provisions of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. Upon acceptance of these terms, you are allowed to access and place electronic orders on this site. If you do not agree to these terms you may not use this site. The owners of the site reserve the right to amend, in part or in whole, this Terms and Conditions from time to time with immediate effect and without prior notice.

Acceptable Use

As a user of this site, you have access to any product description pages and prices, special discount offers, public company pages, customer feedback pages, Terms and Conditions, order placement and payment pages, and your account information. While your comments, suggestions and product feedback are important to us, please refrain from posting comments with language that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, and slanderous, directed to the company, any of its employees or to a fellow customer. In addition, posting pictures that are obscene or pornographic, or any software or material that causes damage to the website or may violate local, state, federal or international laws shall not be tolerated and those responsible shall be dealt with in accordance with applicable laws.

Product Display

While every effort is made to ensure accurate presentation and depiction of colour intensity, gradient, hue, contrast and other colour specifications, any of these or their entirety may not perfectly match actual orders due to the vagaries of digital image reproduction as presented in this website as well as the resolution and color calibration of your computer monitor. As such, the representational attributes of images and illustrations presented in our site should serve only as indicative guide.

In addition, while every effort is made to ensure accuracy of description and pricing there may be situations when errors arise due to mismatch of price and product being ordered. If such errors have been detected, your orders may not be accepted and processed. In cases like these, you will be notified immediately with full explanation and a correction of the error to your email address contained in your account information. A corrected offer will be made for you to accept or refuse. If accepted, the order will be processed; otherwise, the section on “Returns & Exchanges” shall apply.

The information displayed in our website should, therefore, be treated as an invitation to purchase, not a confirmed offer of sale. The sales transaction is confirmed upon acceptance and processing of the goods ordered.


Every effort shall be made to ensure that we meet our delivery times based on the commitment we receive from our shippers. However, after we have packaged your order for shipping and delivery, delays could still be experienced as a result of situations beyond our control or caused by 3rd party shippers. Please contact us immediately if and when you did not received your ordered item on the expected date so we can expedite the order on our end as much as possible.

In addition, not all our products are readily in stock so that we may have to order the item from our suppliers. This could lead to extended delivery times, or your order cannot be processed due to its unavailability from our suppliers. In cases when you have ordered an item that is out of stock from any of our suppliers, we shall immediately notify you. If you have been credited for this order, we shall immediately refund any payment charged to your indicated payment mode.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please notify us immediately. On the rare occasion, your item is incorrect or there is an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost, however if the return is due to any reason other than an error on our end, the customer shall be responsible in covering the cost of shipping of the item back to our warehouse, as well as paying a restocking fee of 40% of total order. You may email us at support@sleepybum.com.au to notify us of any intention to return the item within 15 days of receiving your order. You will then receive detailed instruction on returning the physical item.

All ordered items shall be accepted only if they are returned within 30 days of receipt of item. The returned item must be in their original packaging intact, unopened, unused, and in saleable condition. Opened packages will not be accepted for return.

Your order will be refunded in 3-5 business days after we receive the items unopened and unused with original packaging intact.

We also do not accept returns because of change of mind as per consumer guarantees law.

In the unlikely event that you received your order damaged or in faulty condition, please contact us immediately and your complaint will be handled with the highest priority so you can expect us to process your replacement order within the next 48 hours after we are notified. Please allow 5-10 business days for the shipping time of your replacement.

We will not refund or replace a product where in our reasonable opinion the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with our care instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.

It is advised that your attach a photo of the damage item with your initial complaint notice to expedite our investigation, otherwise, you will be notified to submit a photo or series of photos of the damaged item. You will also be asked to attach the invoice issue to you when the item was delivered. The same requirements apply for items that, while not damaged in transit, is received defective by craftsmanship or of unacceptable quality. Direct replacements shall be made based on the same item specified in your order, unless the item is no longer in stock, in which case, you shall be notified immediately to wait for stock replenishment or for a replacement with similar items.

Refunds shall be issued within 3 to 5 working days through your submitted PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card or bank account, whichever was used to charge the purchase.
