Returns & Exchanges

On the rare occasion, your item is incorrect or there is an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost, however if the return is due to any reason other than an error on our end, the customer shall be responsible in covering the cost of shipping of the item back to our warehouse, as well as paying a restocking fee of 40% of the total order. You may email us at support@sleepybum.com.au to notify us of any intention to return the item within 15 days of receiving your order. You will then receive detailed instruction on returning the physical item.

In order to receive a refund, items are expected to be unopened and in an unused condition.

Your order will be refunded  in 3-5 business days after we receive the items unopened and unused with original packaging intact.
